Team South Burnett were recently interviewed by regional network, WIN News Toowoomba, regarding their participation in the LifeStyle FOOD Channel Australian Regional Culinary Competition, at Tasting Australia October 2007.

Team Chefs, Jason Ford and Helen Pratt talked with reporter Melissa Mallet about using a World-first low fat peanut in their competition menu.

At present, the new 'Lyte and Crunchy' peanuts are exclusively sold through Team South Burnett's partner 'The Peanut Van', in Kingaroy.
